About Us
Welcome Good Health
My name is Regina, and I felt a deep desire in my heart to create this site to share about physical activity, healthy eating, and overall well-being. Reaching menopause and experiencing all its changes motivated me even more. Now, as someone who is pre-diabetic and has to fight every day to do what needs to be done – to exercise and eat healthily – it brings me great joy to create this site and support others on the same journey.
Here, you'll find in-depth articles on healthy eating, simple exercises to add to your routine, mental health, natural supplements, habit management, and motivation – all written in clear language, backed by science, and immediately applicable to your life.
Our Vision
To become a trusted source of practical and motivational health guidance in the United States and around the world.

Moving your body can also be simple.
Let's get started
You don’t have to go to the gym every day. Walking around the neighborhood, climbing the stairs, dancing to your favorite music, stretching when you wake up… all of these things will help your body function better and your mind feel more relaxed.
